We are looking for a full-time preschool and elementary school teacher to inspire and educate students. Responsibilities
- Follow the curriculum
- Teach central concepts with each lesson, relating facts to current situations
- Create, deliver, and score assignments, homework, and tests promptly
- Manage classroom according to the Kintess School philosophy
- Monitor student behavior and follow the Kintess School guidelines
- Provide individualized attention for all students, offering encouragement, kindness, support, and advice as needed
- Adjust teaching strategies based on student performance in the classroom
- Maintain and update all records and files for students and families as needed
Supervisor
Mrs. Karine Pousset the founder and the Head of School is your direct supervisor. You will receive a training in pedagogy and in Neuroscience based on her research and her expertise.
Salary
- Salary is based on experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education
- Teacher Certification preference
- Native Fluency of Spanish or French
- Over 2 years teaching experience
- U. S. work authorization
- Must pass a mandatory state and federal background check
- Must pass the pedagogy test
- Basic software skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise in subject matter
- Friendly and empathetic personality
