Responsibilities

The Teacher Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the lead teacher and fostering a positive and productive learning environment for students. Working closely with the lead teacher, the teacher assistant helps with implementing lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and ensuring the overall well-being and safety of students. This position involves collaboration with the lead teacher, school staff, and parents to create a nurturing and effective educational experience. Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment.

Supervisor

Mrs. Karine Pousset, the founder and the Head of School, is your direct supervisor. You will receive training in pedagogy and in Neuroscience based on her research and her expertise.

Salary

  • Salary is based on experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in education
  • Over 1 year experience
  • U. S. work authorization
  • Must pass a mandatory state and federal background check
  • Must pass the pedagogy test
  • Basic software skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Expertise in subject matter
  • Friendly and empathetic personality
